In your experience, what are the 鈥渟uperpowers鈥 that make a great instructor stand
out? One who not only is there to help you with any school work but is there when you need
advice and an open ear.
Has there been a moment in class or an interaction with an instructor or staff member
that stands out to you? Tell us about it. There are so many moments that stand out to me in class. One that really stands out
is the time when my classmates and I were performing electrophoresis and a beaker
with the stain in it exploded from being too hot. We were all scared for a minute
but ended up busting into laughter.
What鈥檚 been your superpower that鈥檚 made you a great Allied Health student? I鈥檝e always been a conscientious person and a hard worker, it pays off.
What鈥檚 your favorite piece of technology at school or work? Of course, the microscope so I can see cute blood cells.
What 3 things do you like (or love, we鈥檒l always take love) about the courses in your
major? My favorite thing is to look at my own blood cells, but also looking at MacConkey
agar plates and blood typing.
What experience (or class) at ACM surprised you the most? Blood banking class. I never even knew what the class would consist of but it amazes
me how life saving it is.
What are your plans after graduation? I plan to work at Potomac Valley Hospital. I don鈥檛 know how long I鈥檒l stay or where
I鈥檒l end up, but I鈥檓 excited to see what the future holds.
